My children love stuffed French Toast for breakfast, but we are too busy most
week day mornings to fix it. Every other Saturday morning I make 2 weeks worth of
peanut butter and banana stuffed French Toast, eat breakfast and then individually
freeze the rest. On any weekday, I can remove servings from the freezer and pop them in the microwave for 90 seconds or so. I have done this with whipped cream cheese stuffed French Toast, Strawberry jam, and on special occasions I use any flavor pie filling.
