I am an avid coffee drinker and often have just a bit of coffee left in the bottom
of the pot. I used to toss it, but now I freeze it into cubes. You can use those
cubes many ways; such as cooling down a cup of coffee, that way it is not
watered down, just cooled off. My personal favorite is to use approximately 12 cubes
of coffee, 1/4-cup hazelnut creamer (or favorite) and blend. It is a summertime
coffee treat or just a mom’s picker upper.
