30 Minutes a Day Makes a Mom Happy and Healthy


The best thing that you can do for yourself as well as for your kids is make
time for yourself, at least 30 minutes a day three times a week to get some type of
exercise in. It will make you feel more energetic as well as less grumpy or tired.
