If your toddler suddenly refuses to drink “plain” milk, and prefers juice or
water, try offering chocolate milk. A little instant powder sweetens the deal, and
they still get all the nutrition from the milk (and now, most of those powders have
added calcium, an added plus). After a day or so, she should be willing to accept
plain milk again. (You may have to phase it in.) It worked on my oldest, and it
still works on my youngest.
