Simple Way to Make Recipes Healthier



To sneak good for you food into my families diet without them knowing, I substitute a portion of my dry ingredients in different recipes with Milled Flax Seed. I do this with meatloaf, muffins, cookies, pancakes, you name it. They can’t taste it and don’t know it’s there, but are getting the health benefits like Omega 3 fatty acid.
